Privacy Pledge
The privacy and security of your personal information is the foremost consideration of the Valet Bill Center service. The Valet Bill Center is password-protected similar to the Personal Identification Number (PIN) used at an automated teller machine. Unlike normal Internet communication, all information sent to and from the Valet Bill Center is encrypted and sent through a secure communications channel. Messages cannot be redirected, read, or tampered with.
Valet Bill Center also takes advantage of the maximum level of security supported by your browser, including 128-bit RC4 encryption.
Finally, Valet Bill Center does not sell any of your personal information contact, financial, bill history to any other company, period. Unlike many billers who routinely sell their customers to direct marketing organizations, Valet Bill Center keeps all subscriber lists confidential. Valet Bill Center is completely committed to safeguarding your personal information and protecting your privacy.
Information collected by Valet Bill Center
Valet Bill Center collects required information that is necessary to fully service your Valet Bill Center account, optional information that you provide through voluntary registration, and tracking information derived primarily by tallying page views on our site.
By providing such information, we create a client profile and a secure, personalized User ID and password for you. This provides you with access to Valet Bill Center.

Optional Information
Tracking Information
Required Information
Required information is the data that Valet Bill Center needs in order to create your Valet Bill Center account and fulfill our service commitment to you. This is collected on the Enrollment Form and the Payment Authorization Form.
The online Enrollment Form collects the necessary contact information (your name, address, telephone number and email address) to service your account.
Payee information is captured in your secure Valet Bill Center. The information collected allows us to pay those payees that you ask us to pay on your behalf from your account. We store the payee's name, payment address and phone number and your account number in our database.
Bank information is captured through completion of the Payment Authorization Form. This form is sent to clients via U.S. mail for completion and signature. The completed form is returned to Valet Bill Center with a voided check for each account from which you would like to pay your bills. Your bank name and account number is stored in our database.
Social Security numbers may be collected from clients to assist us when interceding on your behalf with your payees.
Optional Information
In addition to collecting required information,
we collect a small amount of optional information from our clients
and visitors. This information is used to tailor our account
services to most effectively serve you, and to better understand the
aggregate profile of our clients. This information may also be used
in developing new services. This information is outlined
below.
Demographic Information
Like any business
interested in attracting and offering the highest quality of
service to clients, Valet Bill Center gathers voluntary demographic
information about our clients. Questions seek to gain insight on
such things as how an individual became aware of our service,
the client's gender, occupation and household income. This information
is collected and stored with the client's individual Valet Bill Center
account information. This information is kept completely private
and confidential. It is aggregated with that of all other
clients to provide us with the ability to tailor our services
and content to those individuals most interested in our service.
Linkage to individual clients is cut after Valet Bill Center anonymizes
its data (see tracking
information below).
Client Solicited Contact
Client comments and
inquiries are collected and stored for each client that submits
them. This represents one of the many ways that clients can
contact us regarding any inquiries that they have with the
Valet Bill Center service. This information is kept for 12 months so that
we can review it to improve the quality of service we provide
our clients. After this time, the data is purged from our
database.
Surveys
Valet Bill Center occasionally conducts user surveys
to better target our service offering to existing as well as new
clients. We sometimes share aggregated demographic information
in these surveys with business partners that offer complimentary
offerings to the Valet Bill Center service. This information is
summarized in aggregate, and information about specific
individuals is never shared with any third party. Linkage to
individual clients is cut after Valet Bill Center anonymizes its data.
Contests and Sweepstakes and Member Incentive Programs
Valet Bill Center
occasionally offers sweepstakes, contests and member incentive
programs to clients, visitors to the Valet Bill Center web site
(mybillcenter.paytrust.com), the general public and individuals
identified through direct mail lists.
These offerings are promoted on the web site,
through the online enrollment process, banner ads, direct mail,
web content registration, and press releases.
At a minimum, required information
includes name and email address; in some cases, the user must
answer mandatory survey questions about other personal data or
enter a prize code. The information gathered in the entry form
is used to verify the entrant's identity, to send the entrant an
email notification that the entry has been received, and to
contact winners and/or prize recipients.
Because the rules and terms of each
contest can vary, all information about each contest is clearly
posted during the event. All contests and sweepstakes are
conducted in full accordance with United States federal and
state laws.

aggregate to get a better picture of where our visitors come from
and to plan for future enhancements. The following information is
logged and tracked:
- The URL, date and time of the page requested
- The version of the web
browser being used, and the version and type of the
visitor's operating system
- The visitor's IP address
Valet Bill Center tracks
traffic patterns throughout all pages of our site. This
information is stored for a period of 12 months in the event
such data is necessary in the course of a fraud investigation
(see Use of Information below).
Valet Bill Center "anonymizes" its server
log files on a regular basis, summarizing information such as
browser type and referrer, and the number of visits from other
domains. Server information is consolidated, with links to data
about individual users destroyed.

your visit with us, to track your user preferences, and to
diagnose problems on our server and administer our site.

security). In addition, cookie files help us assist you with
questions about site navigation, functionality or
performance.

- The disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.
In addition, Valet Bill Center may use your information to:

is obtained by combining data from many individuals

Valet Bill Center uses any information voluntarily provided
by our users to enhance their experience in our
site, provide personalized content on the site,
better prepare future content, enable participation
in contests, and offer member incentive programs.
By providing necessary contact, financial and
payee information, Valet Bill Center creates a client profile and a secure
User ID and password for you. These provide you with access to the
Valet Bill Center web site, and help to ensure you the highest
quality service in an efficient, cost effective and friendly
manner.
Valet Bill Center uses client personal information in the delivery and payment of your
bills. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to follow the

your bills can be received at Valet Bill Center in electronic form or by U.S.
